1. About the Operator

slatebound.com is operated by PE Robert Costa (EDRPOU 54121147), located at 12 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, Kyiv, 01054, Ukraine. Contact: contact@slatebound.com, +380 686 070 2042. Seller identification is provided in accordance with стаття 11 Закону України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.

2. Independent Workshop Network

GearLine operates as a network of independent workshops. Each workshop is solely responsible for the services it performs. slatebound.com facilitates bookings and provides information but is not itself the performing workshop unless expressly stated.

3. Cost Estimate Calculator

Estimates generated by our calculator are non-binding approximations based on typical parts and labour prices. The final price is confirmed only after diagnostics and agreement with the workshop before work begins.

4. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request constitutes an offer to conclude a service agreement. A contract arises only when the workshop confirms your appointment. Pre-contractual information for distance contracts is provided per Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3597-IX (редакція 2023 року).

5. Warranty Disclosure

Workshops provide warranties on performed work and installed parts as required by Ukrainian consumer law. Warranty terms are disclosed before the start of work; keep your service documentation for claims.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, slatebound.com is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the quality of services performed by independent workshops, except where liability cannot be excluded under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3597-IX (редакція 2023 року).

Complaints may be submitted to contact@slatebound.com or by phone. You may also contact Державна служба споживчого захисту України (Держспоживслужба).

8. Data Protection

Personal data submitted through this site is processed per Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI, стаття 12 Закону України «Про захист персональних даних».
